I think the Anything But Books tag is perfect to get to know someone better! All we book bloggers talk about most of the time is… books (duh!) and maybe writing! So I hope you’ll like this and find out some unknown and interesting things about me!

Name a cartoon that you love.

As a kid I was literally obsessed with Digimon, Pokemon and Sailor Moon! But I don’t really watch cartoons anymore! Except Avatar: The Last Airbender if that counts? Is that considered a cartoon? If so then THAT is my favourite one OMG OMG I NEED TO REWATCH IT ASAP!

What is your favorite song right now?

I really love One Last Time by Ariana Grande right now. It makes me so incredibly emotional ❤

What could you do for hours that isn’t reading?

Watching Youtube videos. Sometimes I can get lost in it for hours like I see one video that I’m interested in and I click to watch it – and 300 videos and 80 hours later I’ll be like HUH?????!!?!?!??

What is something you love to do that your followers would be surprised by?

I’m not really a big fan of rap music except for a very selective choice of songs but I love rapping along to songs????? I know a lot of Nicki Minaj’s rap parts by hard! Nicki Minaj can make any mediocre song sound like FIRE and I tend to learn her parts of songs that she features in. I know all of the lyrics to songs like Superbass, Side to Side, Monster etc I DON’T KNOW WHY BUT IT’S SO MUCH FUN. Oh and I know most of the lyrics to Kanye West’s Stronger! It’s just a thing that I do 😛

What is your favourite unnecessarily specific thing to learn about?

I don’t know??? I can’t really think of anything off the top of my head! :’)

What is something unusual that you know how to do?

I don’t think this is considered unusual but I can roll my R’s! (or do you say trill your R’s? I don’t know) And I think this is something that you either know how to do naturally or you can’t! Me and my mum for example CAN roll our R’s but my sister and my dad CAN’T!

Name something you made in the last year and show us if you can.

Well… I’ve started university in October which is really cool and exciting, I have created my blog at the beginning of this year (yay!) anddddd to have something to actually show you guys…

I’ve painted a picture on New Year’s Eve (because I spent it all alone and I was bored lol). I’m not an artist and I didn’t really know what I was doing but I reallllllly like how it turned out! 🙂

What is your most recent personal project?

Umm, I don’t really have a recent project??? I guess you could consider my new meme Fierce Fangirl Friday a recent project? By the way, feel free to join that if you feel like it!

But I know for sure what my FUTURE personal project will be! WRITING! I definitely want to start writing a lot more and maybe even write little novellas here and there to practice! And hopefully one day I will come up with a great idea for a full novel! We’ll see!

Life. Pretty much. And books. And how much money I’m spending. And how I don’t have a job but I really need one because I need more money to buy more books. And how stressed I am every single day. LOL.

Haha, I don't really like rap either, but I find myself rapping along to songs as well! ESPECIALLY HAMILTON. HAMILTON IS MY ONE TRUE LOVE OMG. ❤ I definitely think of life and stress and blogging all the time. XD Haha, I'm that rare species of human who actually doesn't watch YouTube videos??? I mean I could. But I don't. XD

    1. YAAAAAS MAY I AMMMMM!!! I actually have an idea that is related to a book so maybe I should start with that? Does book fanfiction exist? 😂 Oh, thank you *blushes* ❤️

      Reallyyy? I’m on YouTube every single day but I wish I wasn’t! I feel like I’m wasting so much time that I could use for more important things like WRITING but I can’t help it! It’s so addicting 😁

      2. Yeah, I always felt so intimidated by all of these things and I’m scared that my characters and the setting and EVERYTHING would just be… flat. And boring. But these characters already exist soooo it’s easy *smiles cheekily* 😝

    1. Ahhhhhh don’t be jealous! I guess I was born with it? And depending on which language you speak you should naturally know how to roll your R’s like people who speak Spanish probably all know how to do it! But there’s no R-rolling in English sooo *shrugs*
      I think there’s videos on YouTube though that help you teach yourself how to do it if you’re interested 😝

      Omg yeeeeesssss!!! I mean he gets really bad and evil in the rest of the trilogy but he’s such a good villain? But he has his reasons? 😭😭

      Ohhh yes, I forgot to mention Christine! She’s really funny!

      Oh man, don’t worry! I had that too! I’d get like 20 spam comments a day and I just deleted them and they stopped! Well, sort of, you’ll always get the odd spam comment here and there but yeah!

  5. I can roll my R’s!! I’m super excited about this because I learnt it when I was like 6 or 7, and it felt like forever, cause my mum and sister kept doing it. I adooore Avatar the last airbender 😀 I am kinda learning more about baking each time I do it, I learn tips and tricks.

    1. Yayyy!!! *claps* I just always knew how to do it, I don’t remember if anyone taught me :’) yeeessss Avatar is so amazing! Oh, I used to bake a lot a few years ago but now I just don’t have the time anymore which is so sad! I love trying out new and different things!

  6. I’m still early on in the Shadow and Bone series, but I love the Darkling and even though I know he’s not going to get a good ending, I remember when reading it that I hoped things would turn around and be better for him. He needed better! ;_;

And ATLA omg ❤ But hahah omg rolling the R’s is such a “linguistic” thing to be able to do because here like everyone who speaks swedish as mother tongue can roll their R’s, so it’s awesome you can do it even though it may nit be in your language! 😀
    And yeesss omg being able to just write a single novella would be a goal for me 😂 But wish you the best and when you do manage to write something, I must read it haha!

      😂😂 hahaha! Ohhh that’s true! My parents are from Poland and there are a lot of words that require the rolling of the R as well so that might be the reason why I can do it! My mum must have passed it on to me 😂

      Ah yes, I’ve only ever written little scenes and stuff here and there but I want to commit myself to a little novella! Haha thank you so much and I’ll make sure to share it with you 😂

  14. Sailor Moon used to be everything when I was a child! I would watch it every day without fail and even had my aunt record one of the movies on a VHS tape so I could watch it later because I had speech therapy while that aired. I watched that tape until it no longer worked! But also Digimon and Pokemon! And all the other shows that used to air on RTL2 in the afternoons. I watched them all at one point or another!

    That gif of Penny is EVERYTHING. And I have been that person a few too many times this past year – especially since I started living on my own. xD But yes, YouTube is a dangerous thing to fall into – especially late at night. Before you know it the sun has risen and you’re still watching videos. That’s basically how I fell in love with One Direction a couple of years ago. I randomly watched a handful of videos and suddenly I was down this very deep hole and wasn’t able to get back out for years.

    Rolling your R’s is such a fun thing to do though! I do it sometimes when I’m playing with my nephew and we’re using his alphabet puzzle because he says the letter so funny sometimes! I’ve also had a few classmates who were born in Russia who rolled their R’s all the time and one of them once volunteered to read out his Ergebnisse (I can’t think of the English word right now..) in Biology (we were doing Vererbungslehre with the round and not round peas) and the round peas were marked with the letter R. I think my teacher about lost it laughing at some point.. xD

    You should absolutely give writing a good try! I mean, you’re already practicing with blogging!

    1. I honestly don’t even remember a single thing about Sailor Moon but I loved it so much! I owned like 3 VHS tapes (I was like 3 at the time so it was a big deal 😂). And yes, I discovered all of these shows because of RTL2 hahaha I’m quite thankful XD

      I’m still living with my parents but I’m like that all the time! My parents always ask me what I’m doing all day long in my room and I couldn’t possibly try to explain XD

      YES ONE DIRECTION!!! I used to be super duper obsessed since the Xfactor days! I’m still very in love with Harry and everything he’s doing right now. But I won’t complain if 1D ever decide to come back from their hiatus 😂

      Yesss, I love rolling my R’s! I like to annoy my sister with it because she always complains that she can’t do it! Hahahaha that sounds hilarious!!!

      Blogging is such great practice for writing and I am hoping to start writing actual stories soon! I’m quite excited for it! Do you write (apart from for your blog)? ☺️

      1. I’m over here losing it over Liam and Niall and more so Liam as his music so far has been more up my alley! I still haven’t fully listened to Harry’s album even though I’ve got it saved to my Spotify..

        I used to write a lot, probably around my mid teens! I once ‘finished’ an entire story and printed it and everything and I used to write stories and publish them on some website, which was really fun to do for sure! I haven’t really been writing for years now which is actually kind of sad, but I haven’t felt like I’ve had any ideas to write so I haven’t tried.

        I did ONCE manage to ‘win’ NaNoWriMo and even finish early with a story that was nowhere near done actually, but once I hit the 50.000 words I was like ‘I’m done!’. Have you ever participated in NaNaWriMo?

      2. While I love R&B music, I’m not that big of a fan of Liam’s new song! It was catchy at first but now it’s lost its appeal! Harry on the other hand has hit the nail on the head with his album! It’s totally my type of music!

        Ohhh, that sounds so much fun! I used to read a lot of fanfiction and I was always of all these people being so creative 😂 Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about acotar and even dreaming about it so I am considering writing some sort of fanfiction about that? Just to start getting used to the whole writing process thingy! 🙂

        Oh yay, that’s amazing! I’ve never participated in Camp NaNo, in fact I only signed up for it last week 😂😂 I plan to participate in July though to get some writing practice! I’m quite excited for it actually!

      3. Absolutely go for it! It might definitely make the way into writing easier as you already know the characters and world, etc! NaNo is always such a fun experience and the community is really great too! Everyone is always super encouraging and willing to do word wars (which are always really helpful when you’re trying to reach your daily goal) and just give motivation, etc!

  16. DIGIMON, AVATAR, AND SAILOR MOON FOR LIFE! ❤ ❤ ❤ I always wanted to be a digidestined or a sailor scout as a kid ha-ha! Funko's are great too! I have a small collection that is slowly growing 🙂 I'm so jealous you can roll your R's…I'm trying to learn French since Canada's second language is French and I work for the government…it's not working out well lol!

      I struggled with French as well! In my first year I thought it was so easy and I was getting so excited but it all went downhill from there! I learned French in school for 5 years but I don’t remember a thing now! Good luck though 😊
