Do you know what it feels like to have your life together?
Usually, I don’t either but ohmygod guys I’ve been so ORGANISED lately!
I scheduled/drafted most of my blog posts for March, I’m slowly but surely making my way through my study notes AND I’m reading all most of my ARCs before their release date!
And… if you hadn’t realised, I’m back before my supposed return from my hiatus!!!!!
I said I’d be back on March 6th, but I’ve scheduled posts for the next 2 weeks and this review didn’t fit anywhere inbetween those posts dgjhdfj so here it is!
The day that this goes is up is when Zoe’s 24h Readathon is taking place so I’m probably in the middle of reading my 6th book of the day rn. Jk. I’ll be fully back on Tuesday (AKA RESTORE ME RELEASE DAY) tho!
I don’t even know if you can call this a discussion. What even IS a discussion????????
In July, I finally decided to sign up for Audible after a long long long consideration of whether I needed it or not—and because they had a great deal on Prime Day (5€ a month instead of 10€???? HELLOOOO???).
Since then, I’ve listened to a total of 3 audiobooks. I know, I’m slow and everything.
BUT YES, I NOW CALL MYSELF AN EXPERT ON ALL THINGS AUDIOBOOKS. Or rather, I feel like I’ve formed a solid opinion about audiobooks and I think I can discuss the topic with expertise and wit.
So that’s what’s happening here.
What are the pros and cons of audiobooks? Would I recommend getting an Audible subscription? Or do I absolutely hate them? Are audiobooks the bane of my existence???????? STAY TUNED TO FIND OUT.
I feel so bad for neglecting my own meme??? But I don’t really want to fangirl about something EVERY WEEK since my posting schedule is literally two times a week and it’d only leave space for one “original” post and it’s SUCH STRESS BYE.
I also wanted to make some changes to this meme and get rid of the FIERCE because IT’S BEEN BUGGING ME FOR SOOOOOO LONG. But someone else is doing ‘Fangirl Fridays’ so I’ll have to check back with them. We’ll see.
WHAT I WILL BE TALKING ABOUT TODAY IS MY CONCERT EXPERIENCE *dies*
I SAW BANKS AND HARRY STYLES ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AGO AND I HAVE LOADS TO SAY AND FREAK OUT ABOUT SO BE PREPARED FOR CAPS LOCK AND KEYBOARD SMASH AND NOT MUCH COHERENCE.
It’s October, also known as the best month of the year for several reasons!
#1: my birthday is this month
#2: it’s the month of mysteries and spookiness aka HALLOWEEN
i’m forever sad that we don’t officially celebrate it here in Germany—MY INNER EMO WITCH NEEDS TO BE RELEASED. THE WORLD SHALL NOW MY WRATH.
#3: it’s Fall! the season of cold weather, mustard and burgundy colours, sweaters and coziness and just OVERALL GREATNESS
and rainy days which is just… YUCK (but also not-yuck when you’re inside, cuddled up in bed with a good book, lit candles and some tea #cozy)
IT’S MY FAVOURITE SEASON OF THEM ALL.*
*stop lying jackie. whenever a new season begins, I always say that this one is my favourite of them all. when it’s not. i’m just lying to myself.**
**but actually, Fall does have a special place in my heart because I’M A FALL BABY SO I HAVE A DEEPER CONNECTION. #FALLBABIESUNITE
According to Google, Fall begins on September 22nd and ends on December 21st. DECEMBER??? REALLY?????????
I almost consider November the start of WINTER so how can fall last until DECEMBER. AND THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHICH IS PRACTICALLY THE MIDST OF WINTER??? I AM CONFUSION.
We’ve run a bit off track here—the point of this post is to share my ambitious but exciting Fall plans and goals! As we now know, Fall lasts until December so I have PLENTY OF TIME to achieve these goals.
Hello and welcome to my stop at the Amid Stars and Darkness blog tour hosted by Xpresso Book Tours!!!
I’m super excited to share my thoughts and feelings about this book with you!!! It’s a very action and drama-packed novel and it takes place in space—which is usually not my thing—but this was so much better than expected! I can’t wait for the next book in the series to come out!
There will also be a giveaway at the end of this post so be sure to check that out!
Yes, you read that right. I’ve actually read a mystery novel. I can’t believe it either tbh.
You guys know I prefer books that are either Contemporaries, or Fantasy (in all shapes and forms). SO WHAT HAPPENED HERE??? WHY DID I READ A MYSTERY NOVEL??? ME OF ALL PEOPLE???
Well, back when I first started out on Netgalley, I requested (and was approved for) Geekerella. I was SO excited that I just had to check out which other books Quirk Books had to offer—and Ten Dead Comedians caught my eye!
I don’t usually read mysteries but the synopsis caught my eye, and I felt like this would be a nice change to what I usually read!
Did the book live up to my expectations? Was it actually a nice change? Or did this book scare me off from the mystery genre forever? You’ll have to read my review to find out* 😛

I have been nominated for the Unique Blogger Award by what feels like thousands of people now and I thought WELL THIS IS CLEARLY GETTING OUT OF HAND so I’m finally going to answer some of the questions!
I don’t want to make this post too long so that’s why I will only mention half of the people who nominated me and do a Part 2 soon!
